RealArb has partnered with a fulfillment company, RelaxandShip. Check them out at Relaxandship.com. The set-up process for their fulfillment service is quick and easy. Please review the following carefully.
Basic Overall:
With this fulfillment service you ship all items to RelaxandShip when purchasing. From there RelaxandShip will ship them out to your ecommerce customer. With the help of software we see all the orders coming into your ecommerce storefront
and your ecommerce storefront will automatically be updated with the appropriate tracking information instantly.
All items that come into the facility will undergo thorough examination. All price tags and source identifiers will be removed. An inspection is done on every item for any blemishes or defects. Size and color are also checked on all items to ensure the correct item was received and is being sent to your customer.
Billing
At this time the fee for the fulfillment service is $5 per item. Clients are issued invoices every 2 weeks.

RelaxandShip will need to be set up on your Amazon account so that we can see orders that have come in and import the tracking information for orders we have shipped for you. Please see the following article for a step by step breakdown on how to set us up.
Setting RelaxandShip up on your Amazon account
Stamps.com For US shipping
Stamps.com is just USPS. So that postage charges can be made appropriately you will need you to set up a stamps.com account. When you have done this, all that is needed is the login info, then all postage for your orders will be charged through this account automatically. By setting up a stamps.com account you will get discounted rates you would not be able to qualify for any other way. All orders shipped for you will be organized and displayed on your stamps.com account.
How we currently charge for international shipping
At this time because RelaxandShip has very competitive rates from our international shipping providers we will ship items on your behalf. RelaxandShip will pay for the shipping label and the custom and duties up front and then bill you for these amounts every 2 weeks.
UPS BOX
We will have to set you up with your own address. The solution for this is very easy. We will set you up with a Virtual UPS box at a UPS store location near our warehouse. All orders will be sent there when purchasing, then we take it from there. We have provided the pricing and the steps on how to set your box up below.

How to set it up
1. Please call the following number and tell them you wish to set up a virtual box with RelaxandShip:

2. The Bensalem UPS location will ask you for your contact information
3. The UPS store will ask you to provide 2 forms of identification
4. The UPS store employee will then send you over 2 forms to sign to open your box (please scan the signed forms, the UPS store asks you please not take a picture of the signed forms)
5. They will then ask you to select how many months you would like to sign up for and they will be able to take your payment information over the phone
6. When you have your box number please send it to us right away so that we can update our records as well
Not all sources need to be shipped to a UPS box. Some sources can be shipped directly to our warehouse. Please reach out to your account manager for details.
Orders cancelled while in transit to us
We ship items back to the source for orders that are cancelled during transit to our location. We place them on your Warehouse communication google sheet within 1 business day of receiving them. From there you will have 3 business days to provide RelaxandShip with a return label. In order to keep our warehouse organized we will need you to resolve any item placed on this sheet within 3 business days. If an item goes past this time frame we will need to ship it out to your address. There will still be a $5 fee for these orders as well.
