We here at RelaxandShip are excited to work with you! Below is a step by step breakdown on what is needed to set RelaxandShip up in your Amazon sellers account so that we can see orders and import tracking information for those orders that we have shipped for you. Please review the following carefully and let us know if you have any questions. 


1. RelaxandShip currently uses ShipStation as our shipping application. Please login to our shipstation account using the username and password you received from our support team. If you did not receive these yet please reach out to our support team at Warehouse@relaxandship.com for this login information. The password is reset every 24 hours, so you will have 24 hours after receiving this information to set your storefront up.

Although new clients are logging into this account, the permissions on this account are set so that no one can see any sensitive information


2. Once logged in please go to the following link to begin the process of setting up your storefront and click the "connect a store or marketplace" button at the top right hand side of the page - https://ship5.shipstation.com/settings/stores


3. On the window that appears please enter "amazon" and select the country you wish to set up. 


4. The following window will appear and you will need select options from 2 drop downs. For the first one please select the country you wish to set up (screenshot below)


5. For the second drop down option you will need to select "Use SKU" screenshot below.



6. On the following page please click the authorization check box and then the confirm button at the bottom of the page.



7. From here it will place you back into the shipstation account and you will see the following in the screenshot below. Please replace the "New Amazon Store" with your name. 


8. Please then log out of shipstation and send an update to your account manager or to Warehouse@relaxandship.com  letting them know you completed the set up process.
