We are very excited to welcome you to the RealArb team! We offer our program for many different online marketplaces and every marketplace requires something a little different. Below are the marketplace integration requirements for Walmart.ca (Walmart Canada). 


Step 1 - Setting Up RealArb in your Walmart CA Store 


1.) Please follow the link

Step 2 - Shipping Settings 


Below are the shipping settings we need implemented for Walmart selling. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.


1.) Under the section titled "Shipping Rates" locate the drop down option under "Choose the criteria that impacts the cost of shipping." and select the opting "The price of the total order."

2.) Turn on standard shipping for all available regions 

3.) Set all regions to 7-12 days for transit time.

4.) Zero out all charges for shipping. Shipping cost will be added to the price of the item for you when RealArb publishes items to your storefront. 

5.) For all regions selected please make sure to leave the "include PO box" UN-checked.

6.) Please make sure to not offer "Express" shipping 

7.) Locate the section titled "Standard processing schedule" and set the following settings shown in the screenshot below.

Step 3 - Vacation Day Settings

 

At this time this is how Walmart has a seller set additional handling time. This will affect your entire inventory. Please follow the steps below.

1.) Log in to your Walmart sellers central and click settings at the top right

2.) From here select shipping info

3.) Go down to the section titled "Additional Days Off"

4.) Click the next 6 business days on the calendar you see, making sure they turn blue

5.) You will need to return to this section everyday and add the additional business day

Step 4 - Setting up autobuying 


At this time autobuying is available but not required for any Walmart CA client sourcing from amazon.com. Due to the international logistics needed the items will not be shipped directly to the Walmart CA customer. Instead autobuying is set to default to our warehouse location for our fulfillment program. If you wish to set up autobuying and want to change this default location for autobuying to a different fulfillment processing location please reach out to Support@realarb.com.

Step 5 - Provide us additional details 


We will also need your Walmart Canada store front name and a link to the frontend of your Walmart Canada Storefront. This will help us keep an eye on everything from every angle. Please email the two additional details to Support@RealArb.com


1.) Walmart Storefront name 

2.) Link to the frontend of your Walmart CA storefront (it is ok if you cannot find this, we can usually find you with just your storefront name)

Step 6 - Cap Limits 


Please be aware that Walmart Canada may initially limit the amount of listings you can have on your account. Walmart Canada calls this your "cap limit." These limits can be increased easily. You will most likely need RealArb to start attempting to publish around 600,000 items in order to get approved for this increase. It may take up to 3 weeks for Walmart CA to process your request and increase your cap limit. 


Please reach out to Walmart Canada as soon as possible, using these steps below, and ask them to increase your Cap Limit to 600,000.

 

1.) Use the following link https://sellerhelp.walmart.ca/s/contact 

2.) Choose the option titled "Items"

3.) Choose the option titled "My item is unpublished" 

4.) Click "Open case via email" 

5.) In the description section you will need to ask Walmart Canada to increase your cap limit to 600,000 items.
