What is the service RealArb offers?

We can take the inventory from the websites of other companies and publish those items to your marketplace sellers account with a profit, so when it sells you make money. In a nut shell RealArb will source/find profitable items for you to list and sell, publish them to your ecommerce sellers account(s) and keep them updated with price and quantity changes around the clock. 


Sell profitable items without having to buy inventory ahead of time. Only after the sale occurs do you purchase the item. Some call it drop shipping or retail arbitrage. We offer a safer and more scalable version.   


Why should I sign up with RealArb?

1. We bill off of a revenue share model, no set up fee, no monthly fee – our fee is in the price of the item when it sells and is separate from your profit margin so if you are not selling and succeeding neither are we. 


2. Free trial - Because we bill off of a revenue sharing model, we need you to do sales before we can calculate your bill. Every billing period you will see the sales and run all the numbers before we even send you an invoice. 


3. When we publish/list the items for you the the price contains everything including item cost, our fee, sellers fees, shipping (if needed), and your profits. This way on every sale you are covered for everything including your profit margins.

How can I be sure the items will be instock?

Our proprietary IP is designed to keep your items in stock at all times. We use a mixture of historical analytics in addition to frequent real time updates to keep your items in stock and priced correctly at all times.


How to cancelled and returned orders work?

Our billing model is truly a revenue share model. If you were charged a fee for an order and that order is later returned or cancelled you will receive a refund of our software fee for that order on your next invoice. We import and apply these refunds directly from your marketplace. 


What sources does RealArb source from/how do I know I can trust those sources?

RealArb considers this proprietary information, so we cannot offer you that info at this time. Having said that we have worked with our current sources for years and all have been thoroughly vetted. If any source in the past has created too many issues or operational problems they are simply removed from our program.


How do I know RealArb wont hurt my account metrics/health?

We are a client based software company. If our service gets clients ecommerce accounts in trouble then we simply go out of business. This is why keeping your account healthy is our number one priority. We want this partnership to last a long time.


We have also developed a blacklist over the last 5 years that helps make this much safer. Any item, category, brand, etc.. that has ever been an issue has ended up on a blacklist removing them from our system and preventing them from ever being an issue again.


If this works why don't you guys do it all yourselves, why offer this service to others? 

We do! We currently operate several marketplace accounts under this model. We have developed our tech such that we now have a surplus in data available to help others meet their sales goals (better then letting data sit around and do nothing).


What kind of sales volume and profits can I expect? 

Sales volume will depend on what data we have available at the time and what marketplace(s) you wish to set up. The more marketplaces you sign up the more sales we can offer you. Having said that it is generally up to you. We will do our best to meet both your sales goals and operational/financial needs. 


Your profit margins per sale will depend on what marketplace you are selling on. Because some marketplaces have specific operational needs the profit margins are set differently. As a jumping off point a safe general ball park is between $8 - $15 per sale. This is before all additional discounts you may get when purchasing items (so overall averages will be higher).  


How can you prove this works?

We do not throw you in the deep end right away. We start you off with a little smaller sales volume for the first couple of weeks this way you can get a feel for how it works.


Also, we like you to have 1 or 2 invoices paid, giving us confidence in regards to our relationship before setting you up with higher volume. 


We provide a dashboard

The dashboard we provide you will help you keep track of all info related to an order (order numbers, tracking numbers, work flow status, etc…)


There is also a lookup function on the dashboard, where you can enter the sku of the item that sold and see additional information about the item and it also gives you a link where you can go and buy the item. 


What info do you need from me to set up? 

We do not need your usernames or passwords, all we need are application creds that the market place gives you.


What makes you guys different from your competitors

We do not cross listings between clients, as where our competitors do.

How do you guys charge?

How we bill is off of a revenue share model. Our fee is in the price of the item when it sells and is separate from your profit margin, so if you are not selling and succeeding neither are we.  Our fee for all marketplaces and sales will be included in the price of the item.


We send you an invoice twice a month, and you have 3 business days to pay your bill after receiving it. We bill through QuickBooks.


Can you tell me a little about your company?

RealArb started off as a ecommerce shoe company mainly based on amazon. We have 50+ ecommerce clients that we currently work with. We have been doing this internally for 6 years.  When we hit a surplus of data we started offering this service to clients 5 years ago.
