The Lookup Tool on your RealArb dashboard can be a helpful resource when an issue occurs. By entering and searching an items EAN (UPC with a 0 in front of it) you will be able to search and see if any other source RealArb works with has this item for sale.

Google shopping can also be a great resource when an issue occurs. By entering an items UPC into google shopping you may be able to find alternate sources that have the item for sale. Attempting to locate and purchase the item from an alternate source is always the preferred solution.

In every RealArb SKU the numerical portion at the end is actually the items EAN (UPC with a 0 in front of it). If you need the items UPC just copy and paste this numerical portion minus the zero in the front.
