Nothing is more frustrating then having a sale occur and there being some sort of issue. We take great strides both operationally and on the technical side to avoid out of stock and pricing issues.   Having said that unfortunately no matter how hard you try they may occur from time to time. Below are some tips and tricks on how to avoid these.

1. Lets talk about timing - The number one cause of out of stock or pricing issues is waiting too long to purchase the item. We recommend all clients buy as frequently as possible. This way you allow less time for stock and pricing changes to occur. This is also why we take great strides to update our data as frequently as possible.

2. Double check your info - There are a lot of variables that accompany the vast catalog RealArb works with. On top of that each source can display these variables differently. The first step to take after you think an issue has occurred is to double check your data.  Make sure you are looking at the correct attributes, for example size and color.  A quick confirmation of the exact item you are looking for is always a good first step.

This is where the lookup tool on your RealArb dashboard can come in handy. This can help you confirm your looking at the correct listing and the correct attributes

Another helpful tip is to take another look at the image for the product. A very common problem is that the colorways may have different names on different sources. For example the marketplace you sold it on may say "White" and the source may call it "Ivory". Even though they are the exact same item the sources when building their listings chose different names for the colorway. By confirming the image for the item that sold versus the item on the source you can help remedy any possible misunderstandings.

3. Communication is key - Reporting an issue when it occurs is the number one way to avoid it moving forward. We do not claim to be perfect. From time to time an issue may occur. By reaching out to us and letting us know we can make sure the issues do not continue and hopefully solve similar issues quickly.
